Precast part production
As a company that has always been in the concrete construction business, precast concrete elements form the basis of our work. Durable and maintenance-free, they guarantee a long service life for buildings and are applied in almost all sectors, from building construction, industrial and commercial construction to turnkey construction and bridge building.
Depending on where they are to be installed, most of our precast elements are produced in our own precast concrete plant in Mindelheim. This allows us to monitor the quality of the components and guarantee the highest standards, for example by continuously testing the concrete in our own laboratory. Precast parts can be manufactured regardless of the weather and assembled quickly on site, giving our clients the advantage of short construction times and the associated cost savings.
Depending on the order and requirements, we can produce each part individually. Any design is possible, whether it is made of normal concrete, high-strength concrete, lightweight concrete or architectural concrete. Particularly when it comes to exposed concrete, our precise formwork delivers excellent results, even for concrete with a smooth-formed finish. In buildings with very few supporting columns, we can also produce trusses with spans of up to 50 metres. Each part that leaves our factory is planned and controlled by our in-house design office. Thanks to our employees’ extensive knowledge of precast concrete construction, we are experts in this field both in Germany and throughout Europe. This means that we can guarantee the high quality of parts, even when we work with other precast concrete plants.
PRECAST PARTS FOR INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS
In industrial and commercial construction, short construction times, exact timing and perfect dimensional accuracy are extremely important. Thanks to the use of precast concrete elements, we can tick all these boxes. Each project has its own requirements, depending on the sector and type of building, and often requires several different parts. Whether steel or prestressed concrete parts, beams or wall panels, we have the right construction elements for your building project. Our broad range of products includes support pillars (with and without a foundation), joists and purlins (reinforced or prestressed), roof trusses (reinforced or prestressed), double-T floor slabs (reinforced or prestressed), lightweight concrete wall elements, grandstand girders and grandstand steps, ceiling slabs, wall elements, sandwich elements, façade panels, balustrades, parapets, frost aprons, foundations and balcony slabs, to name just a few.
Bridge elements
In bridge construction and civil engineering, precast concrete elements also offer a wide range of solutions to meet requirements such as short closure times. Their robustness, weather resistance and high load-bearing capacities are just some of the reasons why we mostly use concrete components for civil engineering works. We also produce the parts for our building sites in this segment primarily in our own plant. Adapted to the design and area of application, we manufacture prestressed bridge girders, reinforced bridge girders, bridge girders with subsequent prestressing or steel composite girders. As we have our own machine park, logistics is not a problem, and all parts can be delivered to the building site on time.
Special parts
Building projects sometimes cannot be realised using conventional precast parts, but require elements with a special shape or colour. We are ideally positioned to meet this requirement, too. Thanks to our internal production planning department with a formwork plant, we can reliably make concrete in any conceivable shape and produce custom-made parts. These include curved forms, e.g. for balustrades, balconies, entrance portals, angled wall elements or benches. We also supply coloured materials for architectural concrete. Our experienced employees always find a solution to meet every need.
Precast ceilings
Maximum precision and quick implementation are required in any construction project. That is why we produce high-quality precast ceilings that can be installed quickly and accurately. Each slab is tailored to the conditions on the construction site and manufactured precisely to the individual dimensions. We have a wide choice of precast ceiling panels in our range, also for large spans. Of course, it is also possible to install special parts such as electrical sockets, ISO baskets or fascia. The soffits are always in exposed concrete.
PRECAST CONCRETE TUNNEL LINERS
We make precast concrete tunnel liner segments used in tunnel construction for building roads, railways and utility structures, among other things. Thanks to our many years of experience, we are able to fulfil high standards of dimensional accuracy and concrete technology by using high-quality prefabricated components and monitoring quality during production.
Due to the many different constraints of tunnel structures, each order is planned and realised individually. As well as the high quality of our precast concrete tunnel liner segments, our focus is always on delivering the components reliably. Thanks to well-designed production and transport logistics, this means that our customers can always be sure that their parts will arrive at the building site on time.
