Industrial and commercial construction is among the core competencies of our company group based on decades of experience. We develop tailored solutions for all kinds of industrial facilities, adapted to the individual demands of each building, whether for production, logistics or warehousing, as well as the associated administrative and other special buildings. Our customer base includes leading manufacturers from the paper industry, the automotive and food sector as well as many manufacturing companies in Germany and nearby European countries.
Through the use of reinforced concrete construction and / or steel composite construction, we reliably combine cost-effectiveness, high quality and fast construction times as well as keeping to deadlines. The fact that we have our own precast concrete plant with a design office makes us a competent partner with extensive knowledge in all areas relating to construction with precast concrete elements. We can therefore always guarantee the best results, even when we work with other producers of precast parts. All industrial buildings can be realised as a shell construction or turnkey plant, as required.
Automotive industry
As an experienced partner in the construction of production halls for car manufacturers and automotive suppliers, we are very familiar with the challenges involved. For example, our clients can always fully rely on us with regard to the high tolerance requirements for the dimensional accuracy of the machine foundations and floor slabs. In addition, our qualified employees are in close contact with the client and planning office right from the start in order to implement special extensions and issues without any problems. With the additional premise of absolute adherence to deadlines, we always deliver the best results.
Food industry
We also have wide-ranging experience in the food industry, whether it is building large production facilities, logistics centres and factories for food production or constructing shells for full-range supermarkets and bakeries. We take all specifications into account from the planning phase onwards, and create commercial buildings that meet all the required standards, in terms of both function and design. Topics such as special hygiene regulations, planned extensions or unsupported construction for large production lines and ideal material flows are handled as part of our daily business.
Design office
Large industrial buildings in particular require the use of structural precast concrete elements. These parts are planned by our in-house design department using state-of-the-art software. Our skilled structural planners and designers produce all in-situ concrete components and precast concrete parts (beams and wall panels) – from the structural calculations to creating a 3D model, plans for the layout and assembly, right up to the formwork and reinforcement drawings. Even before the actual contract is placed, we start optimizing the structure and work out detailed proposals. As a result, we can present our clients with individual, cost-effective solutions as early as the calculation phase. But not only do we plan the structural framework, our in-house architects also have extensive expertise in this field. We cover the entire planning process in this area, from defining the scope to the detailed design.
